Special rubber for bias tires with superior quality OTR
A. Rubber: As is known to all, OTR tire consumes large amount of rubber, some ordinary factories producing Bias tires will use the Thai rubber, even some synthetic rubber in order to save costs. While GENCOTIRE uses the Malaysia NO.20 standard natural rubber which is from certain modern rubber plantation and the rubber is stable in quality. However, an ordinary tire manufacturer will only use this kind of high quality natural rubber on the condition that she produces ALL STEEL TIRE. High quality tire provides many important propertities, such as high tread tire wear resistance, strong resistance to puncture, overloading ability, improved skid resistance, enhanced heat emission.
B. Carbon black: Black Cat carbon black – the top brand in the world- is adopted in the production of GENCOTIRE OTR tire. The major functions of carbon black are to fill and strengthen the tire, improving the tire wear resistance and the load bearing capacities.
